Nathan DeTracy is the owner of Evolution Fitness and has been working with people and their fitness needs since 1998. Nathan began his fitness career as a massage therapist with a degree from the Seattle Massage School. He quickly displayed his ability to work with people and provide inspiration and leadership to clients and staff at a corporate massage business where he oversaw multiple massage therapists and a thriving client base. To expand his knowledge of physiology and broaden his fitness acumen, Nathan acquired his American College of Sports Medicine (A.C.S.M.) certification, advanced injury treatment training and spent time traveling the United States providing pressure point therapy for a Neuro Cranial Restructuring (N.C.R.) practice.

Nathan began his career as a trainer at an "aggressive sales" fitness chain and quickly learned that he disagreed with the aggressive and pushy philosophy they used in their business. So Nate left the chain, invested in a Max Muscle franchise and began training people out of a small studio setting.
As word got out of the high quality of training and the exceptional one-on-one interactions available from the trainers, the small studio became a limitation due to the more and more high quality equipment being crammed into the tiny space. This lead to his dream of opening Evolution Fitness, a full size, full service gym.
Built on the foundation of a core group of trainers who know what a gym needs to be, the facilty at Evolution Fitness has been custom-designed so people can achieve their fitness goals using the most modern equipment in an optimal environment.

Jason Rolsma has been a full time professional trainer since 2001 and has extensive knowledge in the fitness and training arena. Jason's fitness background includes a degree in Biology and collegiate athletics at Western Washington University, performing fitness evaluations for the United States Navy and the development of fitness programs for northwest fire departments.

Allen is twenty-four years old and has been working in the fitness industry for five years. Starting right out of high school, Allen immediately jumped into a chain of different gyms. These gyms never really appealed to him because of the lack of effort put into the client, and the emphasis more on the selling aspect of the industry.

Allen works with all types of people from wanting to gain weight, lose weight, sport-specific, or general fitness.
"When I was younger I never knew what I wanted to do or be. None of my family lifts weights or has ever had that much interest in fitness. It was in middle school when my grandmother commented on my weight that I began running, and soon became a long distance runner. Getting into high school I started lifting weights, but it wasn’t until I was out and started working in a gym I found myself wanting more and more from my body. I find bodybuilding fascinating, being able to change your body that much at will, and see just how much potential you could have if willing to work hard enough for it. Nothing I have done for myself has ever been good enough when it has come to fitness, and I don’t know if it ever will be. But for me, that’s what keeps me going is the continuous goal. I do have a very big sense of accomplishment over the years when I look back at what I used to be like. So I know when it seems like you’ve been working at this forever and it seems like you never going to get there, you will. Fitness has become my life and I love every moment of it, so I hope I can make it as rewarding for you as it is for me." - Allen

Jennifer is thirty-one years old and a mother of two. She has been involved in Physical Fitness and Sports for over fifteen years. This ranges from weightlifting and aerobics to soccer, track, softball, tennis, skiing and golf. Jennifer was a National Junior Olympic Sprinter and top-ranking soccer player. She has coached soccer for over five years, and has run soccer camps for 5- to 12-year-olds. Jennifer enjoys working with athletes of all ages to maximize sports performance by developing programs to increase endurance, stamina, strength and overall core stability.
Jennifer is an Internationally certified Personal Trainer, is certified in Group Fitness by Anthem Comm. AZ, and is also a product specialist for Advocare Nutritional Supplements.
Jennifer has spent over a decade in the weight loss nutrition field helping many loose from 20 to over 200 pounds.

My name is Shayne Norton, I was a personal trainer and manager at a Club until I felt that clubs were going in the wrong direction. These days anyone can become a personal trainer with and without certifications. I wanted to separate myself from the average trainer, and become an elite trainer ad lifestyle coach. I am a person that likes to cater to my clients and teach them how to create a healthy lifestyle incorporating food, supplements, aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
As a personal trainer, I partner with you to develop your goals for your personal fitness. In my experience as an amateur bodybuilder, I have obtained nutrition knowledge, variety of training method to target different muscle of the body.
